These terms and conditions, together with your acceptance in the purchase confirmation, constitute the contract between you and CUERDAS VALERO.
How to make a purchase on our website
Shopping in our shop is very simple: you just have to browse the website, choose a product, select a colour, model or size (if necessary) and add it to the basket by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or complete your order.
Remember that we have no minimum order value for online shopping on our website, you can buy only what you need!
To see the selected products, modify the order, delete products or finalise your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand side.
To finalise the order you must fill in the form with the basic data for delivery. All fields are compulsory (except those marked as optional). If you have already registered, you can log in directly with your e-mail address and password.
By default the billing address will be used for shipping. If you want us to send your purchase to a different address than the billing address, simply check the box “Send to a different address?” and fill in the new shipping details.
Finally choose the payment method, check that all the information is correct, accept the terms of service and confirm your order. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with your order details.
Transport costs are not included in the price, but are added at the end of the purchase process, depending on the total weight of the order and the place of destination.
On our website you can pay by credit card, Bizum or cash on delivery.

Pay with your Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card with all the guarantees through the 100% secure virtual payment gateway of the Santander bank. When you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be directed to the bank’s secure payment environment, where you must enter your card details. All purchases you make on our website are guaranteed by the secure server of the bank Banco Santander, so that your data is protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology.
Depending on the bank issuing your card, it is likely that double verification by mobile phone will be activated. A code will be sent to your mobile phone which you must enter on the following screen. Once this code has been validated, the purchase will be completed.
Bizum is the new way to shop online quickly, conveniently and securely. To use it, you will need to have activated this functionality through your bank and have entered your four-digit code, which will work like a PIN code. To pay for an order with Bizum you will have to select this option as a payment method and enter your telephone number and your PIN to receive a 4-digit code to complete the transaction.
CASH ON DELIVERY
With this payment method you will be able to pay cash for your order to the delivery person who delivers the package. You will need to have the exact amount as the delivery drivers often do not have change. If you choose this option there will be a surcharge of 3,00 € which will be included in the total of the invoice, this is the commission charged by the agency for the management of the collection.
Transport and shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the price shown on the product pages and will be added at the time of checkout and payment. The amount resulting from the total sum of the kilos to be shipped will be applied. If the purchase exceeds 200 € (V.A.T. included) the postage will be paid.
When you reach the checkout page, you must indicate an address to which we will send your order.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation and are sent and received within working days. To this period you will have to add the transport of your order.
Orders in mainland Spain are generally received within 48/72 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays after 13:00 hours will be processed the next working day.
We are not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to logistical problems of the transport agency. Please understand that there are times and dates when there are more orders “on-line” and are saturated, so the delivery time will normally be 24/48 hours from the time it leaves our facilities.
The carriers will make deliveries from Monday to Friday, they will notify us by email or text message with the estimated delivery date. They do not give notice before delivery, however if you are not available when you arrive home they will call you or leave a notification with a contact telephone number to arrange a second and final delivery attempt.
It is your responsibility to arrange the delivery with the transport agency as after 5 days in the warehouse the carrier will return your purchase to us.
If the goods are returned to our facilities for reasons beyond our control, you will have to pay the shipping costs again if you want to receive the package or the order will be cancelled.
In order to offer the best transport options, deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Formentera and the European Union are deactivated. If you wish to make a purchase from these places contact us and we will quote you the most economical and convenient transport for you. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
The prices of the products on this website already include 21% VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Cuerdas Valero, S.L.U., reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time, maintaining at all times the prices in the orders already placed. These prices will be valid from the moment of their publication and will not be retroactive, guaranteeing the customer that the current price will be the one applied at the time of placing the order.
All products include detailed information about their characteristics and photographs. The colours and tones of these images may differ depending on the monitor or mobile device from which they are viewed.
The shop may always have available some coupons with extra discounts whose conditions will be explained on the page of each promotion. The discounts applicable on the website through coupons are not cumulative in any case.
Return of products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products you have purchased. To do this you must send an email to email@example.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase. We will only accept those products that are returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered with all the packaging of the products and unused.
If everything is in perfect condition once it has been checked by our quality department, we will proceed to refund the full amount (minus the shipping costs already incurred) within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
Shipping costs related to the return will be borne by the customer in all cases unless we send you a product that does not correspond to your order and we will bear the shipping costs.
We do our best to pack your order as well as possible, although it may happen that your order is damaged during transport. If this damage is visible on the packaging we ask you to note it on the delivery note of the transport company when you accept the purchase and then contact us to arrange it.
We make every effort to provide you with the information contained on the website in a truthful manner and without typographical errors. In the event of any error of this type, beyond our control, we will proceed immediately to correct it. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and you have made a purchase based on this error, we will inform you immediately and you will have the right to cancel your purchase without any cost on your part.
Similarly, it is possible that the contents of the website may sometimes show provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product you would also have the right to cancel your purchase without any cost on your part.

The products presented on the website are in accordance with Spanish legislation. The responsibility of Cuerdas Valero cannot be invoked in the case of products that do not comply with the legislation of the countries to which they may have been sent according to the customer’s order.
