10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The characteristics of withdrawal of our customers with respect to our products will not be subject to any formality, being sufficient that it is accredited in any form admitted in law. According to the law of commerce “the buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without stating the reasons” from receipt of the product (usually from the signing of the delivery note that we will sign the courier who brings us home the product). The products must always be in their original packaging and must not be damaged or used in any way in order to be returned. If everything is in perfect condition once it has been checked by our quality department, we will proceed to pay the full amount (minus the shipping costs already incurred) within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt. The shipping costs related to the return shall be borne by the customer in all cases.
